Develop and execute a global sales strategy to drive adoption of energy management systems across commercial, industrial, and utility segments.
Identify and prioritise market opportunities, tailoring commercial approaches to regulatory and grid dynamics in each region.
Refine product-market fit by aligning sales tactics with market feedback, customer needs, and evolving industry trends.
Lead contract negotiations and long-term engagement strategies with enterprise customers, channel partners, and integrators.
Build and manage high-performing regional sales teams, with a focus on new market entry and sustained revenue growth.

Introduce and standardise sales enablement tools and digital platforms that support remote engagement and scale.
Proven leadership in B2B sales within the energy technology or infrastructure space, with a preference for experience in EMS, grid-edge software, or clean energy solutions.
Experience structuring commercial agreements in regulated environments — experience with energy service contracts, virtual PPAs, or performance-based contracting is advantageous.
Track record of launching operations in new geographies and building international sales organisations from scratch.
Adept in modern sales methodologies including consultative selling, solution selling, and digital outreach strategies.
Familiar with CRM systems and data analytics tools that support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
