Service Engineer (South East)
Job type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am : 5:00pm
Salary : Up to A GBP 36,750 + overtime
Are you an experienced Service Engineer looking for a role that offers variety and the opportunity to work with high:quality heating products?
We are recruiting on behalf of our long standing client who is a manufacturer within the heating industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional service team responsible for supporting customers and retailers across the UK.
Key responsibilities:
* Carrying out warranty repairs and planned service visits
* Diagnosing and resolving faults on heating appliances
* Completing annual servicing and maintenance work
* Supporting showroom displays and dealer installations
* Delivering a professional and customer focused service at all times
* Accurately recording work completed using company system
About you:
* Experience servicing and repairing gas, electric or solid fuel appliances
* Strong technical and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage own workload
* A full UK driving licence
* Flexibility to travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays of up to 4 nights per week when required
