FM Conway is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to join our Business Transformation Team as a permanent, full‑time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks.
Responsibilities
* Deliver transformation projects in accordance with the appropriate governance framework (waterfall / agile / hybrid)
* Define project objectives, scope, outcomes, and deliverables
* Day‑to‑day management of the project from concept to closure
* Proactively monitor the project's progress, including recording, resolution and escalation of associated issues and risks
* Manage stakeholders at all levels, including executive board members
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications
* Well‑organised and proactive Transformation Project Manager
* Experienced in managing multiple, complex projects
* Worked closely with Business Analysts, IT and Technical delivery teams
* Managed tender, RFQ/RFP processes and controlled project budgets
* Strong customer focus and excellent ability to communicate at all levels
