Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
2. Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
3. Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families
4. Use appropriate communication methods to support learning
5. Monitor and report on pupil progress
6. Ensure the well-being and safety of all pupils
Key Requirements
1. Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
2. Has experience teaching children with SEND
3. Is creative, adaptable, and passionate about education
4. Has strong communication and teamwork skills
