JOB DESCRIPTION
This Resource Planner role will support the Audit Resourcing Operations team which delivers on operational excellence and x-BU activities to support the Audit resourcing teams.
This is an exciting time to join a team that is at the forefront of change and transformation within the Audit Line of Service.
The key responsibilities of this role:
1. Administration of Audit’s National Stockcount process, managing stockcount rota’s and fair allocation of stockcounts to client facing staff
2. Producing regular, standardised Management Information (MI) to provide insight and trends to Resource Managers and senior stakeholders, helping to drive business growth.
3. Performing regular data integrity checks/data cleansing in our workforce planning system to deliver sustainable, high quality information.
4. Update and maintain key systems with business critical data to support the management of headcount budgets and forecasts on a regular basis.
5. Using existing and emerging technologies to process a range of RM related data to ensure that critical business activities are cascaded and/or completed in a timely manner.
6. Early identification and action to address issues that may adversely impact on delivery, using appropriate escalation protocols, where necessary.
7. Share knowledge and best practice across the team.
8. Build and develop strong and effective relationships with colleagues working other locations around the UK.
9. Provide responsive and professional administrative support to the Audit Resource Management community.
10. Build and develop strong and effective relationships with the Audit Resourcing teams working across the UK, this will likely include initial alignment to a Business Unit
11. Support the collection of manual data required for the Line of Service demand optimisation process (known as Juggler)
12. Provide responsive and professional administrative support to the Audit Resourcing team
Essential skills and experience

Desirable skills and experience would include;
20. Use of workforce planning systems although training will be provided for successful candidates
21. Knowledge of Google suite applications, particularly MS Excel/Google sheets
22. Use of workflow management/case management tools
23. Experience of managing high volume tasks
