About The Role
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:00 and Friday 07:00-13:00 (On-call rota 1 week in 6 to be completed - Enhanced rates with on-call commitment monies paid. Company vehicle provided for this.)
Responsibilities
* Completion of PPM to all fabric / basic plumbing elements of the building.
* Completion of reactive tasks as required/directed
* Comply with company Health Safety & Environmental procedures.
* Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values
* Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management
Skills and Experience
* Building Fabric and Plumbing experience,General building skills
* Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
* Must hold a full UK driving license
* Client-facing - able to communicate at all levels
Desirable
* Multi-skilled across all FM trades, including building, fabric and minor plumbing works
* Experienced in the installation of building services, specifically with all types of pipework
