Office Administrator – Podiatry Clinic, Farnham (Surrey)

Package
* £30,000 – £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30am–5.30pm (Tuesday is a back-office/admin day)

Requirements
* Previous experience in customer-facing service, administration, or healthcare
* Degree-educated (preferred)
* Strong IT and computer literacy skills
* Excellent communication skills – well-spoken and professional
* Highly organised with a strong sense of initiative and common sense
* Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day administration of the clinic
* Act as first point of contact for patients and visitors
* Manage calls, emails, and appointments efficiently
* Handle payments and ensure accurate record keeping
* Support clinical staff with administrative needs
* Take ownership of the weekly back-office/admin day
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
* Contribute towards the smooth running and professional image of the clinic
