Job Overview
This is a full-time office-based role in Upavon, Wiltshire, involving handling inbound calls and online inquiries from candidates interested in joining the British Army. Working hours are 37.50 per week, following a rota between 8.15am-7.00pm Monday to Friday, with a rotated Saturday (about once every 8 weeks).
Responsibilities
1. Answering calls from potential Army recruits
2. Responding to webchat inquiries
3. Updating the internal database accurately
4. Escalating issues when necessary
5. Assisting candidates with questions about the recruitment process
6. Supporting team members as needed
Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, face-to-face or over the phone
* Ability to adapt to internal databases
* Familiarity with Army careers is advantageous
* Team player with the ability to work independently
Additional Information
Salary: £24,043.50 per year
