Key Responsibilities
1. Process and manage sales orders, liaising with distributors and warehouse teams
2. Handle iing customer calls and respond to email queries professionally
3. Maintain and update logistics documentation and Goods In Transit records
4. Coordinate with freightpany regarding deliveries
5. Support weekly inventory checks and resolve stock discrepancies
6. Assist in preparing the Daily Sales Report
7. Perform general administrative duties as required
