The Branch Support Administrator is a new, unique position. Based at our Peterborough branch, but working closely with all of our branches, you will provide support to the branches and the Business Operations Manager.

The role
As the Branch Support Administrator, your main purpose will be to support to our branches, especially when colleagues are on holiday or during busy periods. This will help us to stay on top of our game and be super-efficient.
Your tasks will include invoicing, database management, contract renewals and more.
What do we need from you?
Firstly, your drive to deliver excellent customer service is essential.
It would also be preferable if you have experience of working in a busy administrative role requiring careful time management and prioritization.
Experience of working in an administrative role within the construction industry will be useful.
A good understanding of, and aptitude for using CRM systems and databases will be very useful.
