About the Role – This is a hybrid position where you will support the evolution of the OOH UK Channel and the development of the Kiri brand. You will assist in creating and executing OOH campaigns, gain hands-on experience with digital innovation and audience-targeting strategies, and support brand planning for Kiri as well as marketing initiatives for the OOH UK Channel. The role is dynamic and focused on assisting business development and growth of OOH channels across brands.
Key Responsibilities
OOH Scope
* Brand Development: Support brand development across our portfolio, including artwork refinement, feasibility studies, P&L management support, and developing compelling selling stories.
* Customer Support: Provide dedicated customer support to wholesalers and chained accounts; organize and participate in customer meetings to strengthen relationships and address needs.
* Promotional Planning: Assist in creating and executing marketing promotional plans for wholesalers; collaborate with the National Account Manager to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
* Performance Review: Conduct monthly reviews of key metrics (sell-in, sell-out) to drive improvements and identify opportunities.
* Sponsorship: Manage sponsor relationships and develop a marketing calendar; create assets for digital touchpoints and trade shows; drive development of creative campaigns aligned with brand strategies.
* A&P Management: Oversee advertising and promotion management to ensure efficient use of budget.
Kiri Scope
* Brand Development: Support brand development for the Kiri range, including retail sell-in decks, product demonstrations, and compelling selling stories.
* Artwork Management: Manage updates and creation of packaging artwork across the portfolio.
* Content Development: Develop always-on content for the UK market and support the NPD pipeline.
* Performance Tracking: Conduct monthly performance updates and track NPD performance, using data to recommend support strategies, pricing, category trends, and opportunities.
Skills/Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred (experience in food service is a plus).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
* Proven ability in business development and growth.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Experience or exposure in P&L management.
