We are recruiting for mobile cleaners based in Middlesbrough. 2 positions available. Location: Middlesbrough
Immediate Start | Permanent role, 24+ hours per week guaranteed | £12.85 - £13.74 per hour
A company vehicle is provided.
Role: Mobile Cleaner at APM Cleaning & Repair Ltd
Responsibilities
* Clean and prepare designated areas in line with company procedures and safety standards
* Follow instructions from the North-East Operations Manager regarding cleaning assignments
* Use cleaning materials and equipment as directed
* Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and machine clean where necessary
* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
* Dust and wash surfaces including desks, skirting boards, and ledges
* Clean toilets and washrooms
* Perform periodic deep cleaning of internal surfaces and windows
* Report defects or hazards to the Operations Manager
* Adhere to COSHH, Manual Handling, Risk Assessment, and Colour Coding policies
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a cleaning role
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Ability to follow cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
* Good communication skills and a courteous manner
* Must hold a valid and clean UK drivers licence
