Perfect Recruitment are working with a fantastic countryside hotel in the Durham area looking for a strong Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up, or an established Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge within a quality:driven hotel environment.
You'll be supporting the Head Chef with the day:to:day running of the kitchen, leading the team during service, maintaining high standards, and helping deliver consistently strong food across the business.
