Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 + £10k OTE

The Role
This isn’t your typical sales job – it’s a chance to learn, grow, and be part of something exciting. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be a key player in the company’s growth, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to spark conversations with potential clients and uncover new business opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
* Reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn (don’t worry – we’ll teach you how)
* Asking smart questions to understand their challenges and show how we can help
* Encouraging sign-ups for events, webinars, and workshops
* Following up with warm leads and re-engaging previous contacts
* Building your personal brand on LinkedIn
* Keeping an eye on industry trends to spot new opportunities
* Supporting senior sales colleagues with client meetings and follow-ups
