Role progression and training

Alternatively, if you are a band 6 with a minimum of 6 months hospital experience, working towards a postgraduate certificate, you will need a keen interest in oncology. We can provide a 6 to 7 progression post based on the UHSussex Band 6-7 Clinical Rotational Progression Programme. Oncology experience is desirable but not essential. All necessary training will be provided as you rotate through adult and paediatric oncology and technical services. You will have the opportunity to develop clinical and managerial skills in every facet of pharmaceutical care required to deliver a clinical oncology pharmacy service. Cancer services is a continuously growing area with a proven track record of promoting post holders to advanced roles.
