In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Act as a professional first point of contact for IT support across multiple departments. Provide timely and effective support for a range of IT systems. Log, triage, and manage IT enquiries accurately and efficiently. Handle and respond to all incoming communication channels in a clear and professional manner. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Genuine interest in IT.
