Account Manager – Print & POS
We’re partnered with a leading marketing execution and production agency to find an experienced Account Executive /Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The Role
As Account Manager, you'll be the critical link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams—overseeing the end-to-end delivery of print and POS campaigns. From taking briefs to press-passing, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every project is delivered on time, on spec, and with exceptional service .
This is more than a delivery role—it's about owning client relationships, spotting opportunities to innovate, and driving performance across budgets, timelines, and expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing client accounts and campaigns from brief to delivery
* Providing expert technical advice on print and POS solutions
* Negotiating costs and timelines with trusted suppliers
* Ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and budget expectations
* Attending meetings (on- and off-site) and supporting with client presentations
* Maintaining detailed records via internal systems and tools
* Supporting senior team members on reporting, analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
* Press passing when required (occasionally outside normal hours)
What We’re Looking For
* Proven account management experience in a marketing services, print, or POS environment
* Strong technical print knowledge and experience managing suppliers
* Experience working to strict SLAs and KPIs
* Skilled in client communication and stakeholder management
* A proactive mindset with strong commercial awareness and budget handling
* Excellent multitasking, time management, and project planning skills
* Confident, professional, and composed under pressure
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (bonus!)
✅ Bonus Points For
* Experience with conceptual POS campaigns
* Knowledge of digital print technologies and sustainable print practices
* Leadership or mentoring experience
* A background in procurement or client engagement
