As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales transactions, from initial inquiry to final closing, ensuring excellent customer service and maximising sales opportunities. Responsibilities: Engage with prospective buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and preferences. Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local property market, including current trends and pricing. Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed throughout the sales process. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transaction processes. Actively seek out new business opportunities and build strong relationships within the local community. Requirements: Previous experience as a sales negotiator within the property industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and driven attitude, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results. Knowledge of the Huddersfield property market is advantageous. Car and Full UK driving license.
