Sales Negotiator - Huddersfield
Basic Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 + Comms
On Target Earnings: £35,000
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our clients team in Huddersfield. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales transactions, from initial inquiry to final closing, ensuring excellent customer service and maximising sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with prospective buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local property market, including current trends and pricing.
* Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed throughout the sales process.
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
* Actively seek out new business opportunities and build strong relationships within the local community.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a sales negotiator within the property industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and driven attitude, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.
* Knowledge of the Huddersfield property market is advantageous.
* Car and Full UK driving license.
