Are you a compassionate and engaging clinical leader ready to make a real difference in reproductive healthcare? MSI Reproductive Choices UK is seeking a Clinical Services Matron to lead our Clinical Hub within the Contact Centre. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, safe, and client-centred support for individuals seeking reproductive health services.
* Lead and inspire a team of Clinical Practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care and client experience.
* Drive continuous improvement, championing excellence in clinical practice and service delivery.
* Collaborate closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to align clinical priorities with organisational goals.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC, DOH, RSOP) and deliver on key performance indicators.
* Foster a culture of inclusivity, learning, and innovation within a supportive, hybrid working environment.
About You:
* Registered Nurse or Midwife with experience managing clinical teams.
* Proven track record of patient/client-centred leadership and delivering results.
* Skilled in developing people, driving performance, and leading change.
* Passionate about service improvement, equality, and safeguarding.
* Excellent communicator, able to build trust and inspire colleagues.
