Job Description
What will you be doing?
1. Responding to staff and manager enquiries
2. Driving HR digitalisation and ensuring payroll compliance
3. Assisting in recruitment: CV screening and interview scheduling
4. Maintaining personnel records and ensuring GDPR compliance
5. Conducting new employee inductions and managing HR documentation
6. Handling payroll data and time/attendance reporting
7. Staying updated on employment law to advise management
8. Coordinating employee surveys and implementing HR policies
9. Supporting disciplinary processes and cross-functional projects
10. Generating HR reports and assisting with audits
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
* HR administration experience as well as experience using SAP is essential
* Experience of using AI tools to automate HR tasks and improve efficiency
* Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word is essential
* Interest in learning HR processes and employment law legislation
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Methodical and organised approach to work, strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
