As a Trainee Campaign Manager, you’ll be learning how to plan, lead, and execute client campaigns while managing people and driving results — a practical foundation for long-term success in business and leadership.
The Opportunity
This is a structured development role for individuals who want to progress into management and leadership positions.
From day one, you’ll take an active role in running client campaigns, leading small teams, managing performance targets, and learning how to coach and motivate others. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support small teams during live, face-to-face marketing campaigns
* Manage daily and weekly performance metrics to achieve client goals
* Assist senior managers in planning, executing, and refining campaign strategies
* Provide on-the-ground leadership, training, and motivation to your team
* Contribute creative ideas to improve client outreach and campaign results
* Build commercial awareness and develop the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure
About You
* Ambitious, confident, and eager to learn through hands-on experience
* Natural communicator with strong leadership potential
* Motivated by achievement, performance, and personal growth
* Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environments
* Background in sports, retail, customer service, or hospitality is beneficial but not essential
