FM Conway is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation Team. This is a permanent, full‑time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks. As our Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business functions, bridging the gap between our business, technical communities and third‑party suppliers, translating business requirements into software responsibilities and supporting FM Conway's transformation strategy.
Duties
* Providing consultancy to stakeholders by leveraging a deep understanding of enterprise business processes and exploring technology opportunities.
* Leading and managing the Business Analyst team by coordinating activities and overseeing workload.
* Improving the company's suite of business applications and processes, with a strong focus on change management and benefits realisation.
* Promoting awareness of new technologies and advocating for process efficiency across the business.
* Utilising a range of elicitation techniques to analyse, document and design future‑state business processes using LEAN principles.
* Acting as a bridge between business functions, technical teams and third‑party suppliers, translating business requirements into software specifications.
* Guiding and advising on appropriate solutions for future system development and migration change requests.
* Supporting analysis, design, proposal, implementation, testing and deployment activities for strategic business change projects.
* Maintaining high‑quality documentation, including detailed definitions of change requirements.
Qualifications
You will be a motivated and passionate Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in business process analysis and systems modelling. You will have end‑to‑end experience of the systems development lifecycle and be confident in analysing and documenting complex business processes. Experience within the construction industry would be highly beneficial.
