Electronics Team Leader
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Eligible for UK BPSS
Lead the electronic design and development of complex systems across the full engineering lifecycle
• Work closely with systems, software and mechanical teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Support design reviews, technical documentation and engineering standards
• Contribute to project delivery, bids and technical estimates where required
Requirements:
• Strong background in analogue and digital electronic design
• PCB design experience (Altium or similar tools)
• Experience delivering complex engineered products or systems
• Ability to plan and execute technical work packages
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience desirable
