In this onsite internship, you will support the Process Engineering team in executing projects, optimizing manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role provides hands‑on exposure to engineering principles, project coordination, CAPEX execution, and cross‑functional collaboration within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Where You’ll Make a Difference Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Conduct data analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement. Support implementation of process enhancements, new technologies, and equipment upgrades. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure process efficiency and product quality. Participate in troubleshooting activities to resolve technical and operational issues. Document process performance, engineering findings, and improvement actions. Support CAPEX budgeting and project cost tracking. Evaluate and compare vendor proposals to support technical selections. Assist the Manufacturing Process Engineer with daily coordination, project tracking, and progress reporting. Participate in engineering trials, equipment installation, and commissioning activities. What Makes You the Right Fit Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of core engineering principles. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities. Moderate proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Previous internship or academic project experience in engineering or project management. How Would You Stand Out? Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
