What Youll Do Operate machinery and equipment in your specialist area (welding, saws, glazing, etc.); Deliver safe, efficient and high-quality output to daily/weekly targets; Support continuous improvement and best practice across production lines; Work as part of a multi-skilled team across sites. What Were Looking For Proven experience in manufacturing or production operations (windows/doors sector highly desirable); Skilled experience in at least one of the following: welding, CNC, saw operation, glazing, or similar precision manufacturing; Strong awareness of quality and safety standards; A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to work well in a team; Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.
