As we enter our next stage of global expansion, we are looking for a Creative Strategist to drive the engine of our growth - someone who can bridge the gap between performance data and high-impact storytelling to help us scale toward our next nine figures.

The Role
As a Creative Strategist, you are the architect of our ad account’s performance. You will own the lifecycle of a creative concept: from extracting insights from the Meta dashboard to hypothesising new angles, briefing our high-speed production team, and conducting rigorous retrospectives.
This role is for a strategist who is obsessed with creating content that converts and translating learnings into the next big win.
Key Responsibilities
* Aggressive Ideation: Constantly mine customer insights and competitor output to develop fresh, disruptive creative hypotheses.
* High-Performance Briefing: Write sharp, high-intent scripts and briefs that guide our video editors toward conversion-focused content.
* The Feedback Loop: Partner with media buyers to dissect performance metrics (CTR, Thumb-stop, ROAS).
* Creative Playbook Ownership: Document learnings to build a world-class library of proven frameworks, ensuring we never start from zero.
* Rapid Iteration Cycle: Maintain a high-velocity testing rhythm, ensuring a constant stream of fresh, "net-new" creative is ready to be deployed and validated.
About You
* Analytical Storyteller: You fundamentally understand paid media metrics, and can translate that to an understanding of creative performance.
* Platform Native: You understand what creates a visually and verbally compelling direct response ad on Meta and YouTube.
* Proactive Disruptor: You don’t wait for a brief; you find the opportunity. You’re excited by the challenge of outperforming your last "best" ad.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ Years in the Game: Proven experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or an analytical role where numbers drove the output.
* Platform Mastery: A deep understanding of Meta (and additionally YouTube) ad ecosystems.
* Architect of Content: A portfolio of scripts and storyboards that clearly demonstrate direct-response principles.
* Production Fluency: Experience planning and managing high-volume creative production or UGC.
* Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills.
The Extra 10% (Nice to Haves)
* Creative Toolbelt: You’ve got a working knowledge of video editing (CapCut/Premiere) and can "speak the language" of our editors.
* Analytical Edge: You’ve used Motion or similar creative analytics tools to visualise creative performance.
* D2C DNA: You’ve previously helped scale a fast-growing e-commerce or consumer brand, either in-house or with an agency.
* Media Buying Literacy: You understand how a media buyer thinks and how creative impacts the auction.
