Job Summary:
As a member of the product team, you’ll work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop next-generation product features, with a focus on AI and Automation workflows. You’ll champion user needs through interviews and usability testing, collecting qual and quant data from both internal and client groups. You will also be involved in building prototypes and mockups to support the test process.
Responsibilities:
1. Practice research on UX best practices for applications
2. Lead contextual user interviews and usability tests to validate design decisions
3. Oversee the framework for testing and surveys in platforms such as Appcues, AHA and Ballpark
4. Present your findings and analysis back to the business to inform the business roadmap
5. Develop an understanding of business needs in areas such as Finance, Telecoms, Mobility, SaaS and Payment Management
6. Create mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
7. Collaborate with product stakeholders, business, and technology teams, helping lead their understanding of the user requirements through research data and personas
This role is required to travel to the Tunbridge Wells office.
Education:
8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience and Training:
9. Experience in UX research and design, ideally with B2B products and AI features
10. Ability to translate complex user data into clear product direction
11. Excellent communication skills – comfortable presenting to and collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients
12. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
13. Experience in data visualisation
14. Expertise around controlling and publishing user research
Technical Knowledge:
15. Foundation in user research, test creation and visual design
16. Proficiency in Figma (essential)
17. Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprints
