We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Business Analyst for a 3-6 month contract role, working outside IR35. The project is currently at the Business Case Funding Stage, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in moving the project forward to the discovery and delivery phases.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in advancing the project from the Business Case Funding Stage to the discovery phase and then to the delivery phase.
2. Utilise HR recruitment systems knowledge to support HR onboarding processes.
3. Contribute to the current HR payroll phase and help transition it to the delivery phase.
4. Participate in onboarding processes from version 1.0 to 2.0.
5. Collaborate with the dedicated HR Project Manager and HR team during workshops held two days per week in the Birmingham office.
Essential Skills
* Expertise in HR systems, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors.
* Strong stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficiency in requirement gathering.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* HR onboarding experience is a bonus.
