Job Description
We are looking for a Admin Assistant, Legal secretary to join our team at Kingsway Solicitors based in Burnage, Manchester, we specialise in road traffic accident and personal injury claims. The Admin Assistant / Junior Paralegal will perform administrative tasks to support the organisation's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. They will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
Requirements:
* Educated up to GCSE level
* Able to navigate Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* 1 year experience working in a similar role
* Experience using OIC and MIB portals
* experience using Proclaim
Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage their task list
* Develop positive relationships with partners
* Regularly communicate with professionals to provide/get updates on claims
* Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
* Provide assistance or support to clients
* Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
* Schedule, plan and perform administrative duties on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
* Perform receptionist duties when needed.
* Assist solicitors and paralegals in their duties.

Pay: £23,809.50-£25,438.00 per year
