IKEA Brighton is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Planning Trainer to join our new store team! If you are passionate about teaching, kitchen design, and creating outstanding guest experiences, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in the world of kitchens and design.
What We Offer
* Start date: Week beginning 16th June 2025
* Salary: £28,412.92 per annum, based on experience and competence
* Hours: 39 hours/week, including day shifts, evenings, and alternate weekends

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in kitchen planning is advantageous but not essential
* Strong passion for teamwork, coaching, and creating togetherness
* Motivated to enhance guest experience and inspire co-workers
* Confidence in taking initiative and embracing change
* Proficiency in computer software

* Develop initiatives that support business growth and guest satisfaction
* Coach and mentor kitchen co-workers, reinforcing desired behaviors
* Promote IKEA’s social and environmental commitments
* Maintain training records and support cross-functional collaboration
* Ensure team understands and minimizes flow issues, supports competence development
