Stoner Motor Company is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Manager to lead and inspire our car sales team. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role within a busy and successful dealership, driving performance while developing a high-performing, customer-focused sales team.
Working closely with the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building structure, momentum, and confidence within the team, ensuring both individual and departmental targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading, motivating, and developing the New Car Sales Team to maximise performance
• Driving new car sales volumes, profitability, and market share
• Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve individual and collective targets
• Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction to encourage repeat and referral business
• Managing sales processes, compliance, and manufacturer standards
• Handling conflicting priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Monitoring performance, reporting results, and implementing improvement plans
• Supporting recruitment, training, and performance management within the department
