Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and dynamic consultant psychiatrist to join these well-functioning teams with a strong clinical leadership. The post-holder will provide medical leadership to North Kingston IRH and Kingston SPA. The Consultant will work closely with both Team Managers and other consultant colleagues to ensure a safe, efficient and effective service that meets the Trust's Key Performance Indicators.

Responsibilities
* Assess new patients and manage patients with severe mental illness (SMI) in medium to long term.
* Provide medical leadership to North Kingston IRH and Kingston SPA.
* Work closely with Team Managers and other consultant colleagues to ensure a safe, efficient and effective service that meets the Trust's KPIs.
Qualifications
* Experience as a consultant psychiatrist with responsibilities for clinical leadership and service development (as described in the overview).
