What Youll Be Doing
In this varied role, youll be at the heart of our finance operations. From processing invoices and expenses to supporting month-end deadlines, youll be helping to keep things running smoothly and ensuring accurate reporting. Youll also get involved in budgeting, forecasting and analysing costs — perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers and making a real impact.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Take ownership of a selection of cost centres and balance sheet codes
* Post and evidence monthly accruals, prepayments and journals
* Analyse costs versus budgets and share key insights
* Process expenses and credit card expenditure efficiently
* Code expenditure invoices via our data capture system
* Review aged creditors and reconcile supplier statements
* Support budgeting and reforecasting activities
* Play a key role in meeting month-end and year-end deadlines
* Get involved in ad hoc finance tasks to support the team
What Were Looking For
* Ideally, a financial qualification (AAT or equivalent) or working towards one
* Strong communication and analytical skills with a collaborative mindset
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
* IT savvy with good working knowledge of Excel (intermediate to advanced)
