Our Front of House are the face of the brand at the club level. Working in one of our clubs you will provide 10* customer service at all times. Whether selling a membership to a new customer, supporting an existing member with any queries or fulfilling shake orders or retail purchases. The 1Rebel Front of House always show excellent customer service skills, thrive in a team environment and have the ability to work hard and play hard.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Provide excellent customer service to all members, learning the names of regulars and make new
customers feel welcome
● Greet & check-in every customer to their class
● Conduct club tours for prospective members & proactively sell memberships or promotions
● Cash up tills and reconcile daily takings in club
● Deal with any customer queries in a timely and precise manner, escalating when appropriate
● Ensure all club daily documents and tasks are completed and maintained
● Sell and make high quality protein shakes, handling pre-ordered shakes and shakes
● Sell and promote retail
● Maintain clean, safe, functional club areas, including the changing rooms, wet areas, water station, bar area, club, retail and reception
●Expected to be available at least 2 weekends per month for shift work
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
● Demonstrate outstanding Customer Service skills
● Maintain professional behaviour working effectively as a team player
● Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to show empathy and keepcalm
● Proactive approach to work with the ability to prioritize work in fast-paced environments
● Cooperative attitude towards the in-club team, trainers, head office and any contractors working on site
● A passion for fitness and enjoyment of the club environment
A Level 2 / 3 PT qualification is helpful but not required to apply for the Front of House role.
