About the Role
This is an entry-level, performance-first role designed for someone passionate about sales.
You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, and build your outbound pipeline using tools like Barbour ABI, LinkedIn, and direct outreach. Your focus will be on engaging prospects via phone and opening doors to drive deals, with training provided by the MD and Sales Director. There is a clear pathway to promotion into roles such as Regional Sales Manager or BD Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Build outbound pipelines targeting fabricators, developers, and contractors
* Achieve daily/weekly outreach targets: calls, emails, connections
* Book meetings and generate 3–5 strong leads per week
* Utilize ABI, LinkedIn, CRM, and cold outreach to fill the sales funnel
* Track progress through CRM (Capsule) and collaborate on quotes
* Manage prospects from initial contact to conversion
Compensation & Growth Path
Base Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Commission: 8% of net margin on self-generated deals; 4–5% on company-supplied leads
Quarterly Bonus: £500 – £750 for meeting activity and conversion targets
Loyalty Bonus: £1,500 after 12 months if targets and conduct benchmarks are met
Year 1 OTE: £38,000 – £50,000+ with uncapped earning potential
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of sales, telesales, or cold outreach experience (B2B preferred)
* Confidence in cold calls, follow-ups, and LinkedIn prospecting
* Highly driven, target-focused, and resilient to rejection
* Ability to work independently, track progress, and learn quickly
* Interest in construction; training will be provided
