Assistant Branch Manager
HPDS is one of the fastest growing retail organisations in Scotland.
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to join our forward-thinking team to help deliver on our strategic priorities. This position is a Full-Time Permanent post which provides an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced retail organisation committed to providing exceptional customer service.
As a Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in our operations serving as our main driving force to increase our branch sales, you will achieve this through leading, developing and motivating the team, whilst providing a dynamic and cohesive market presence.
The successful candidate will:
* Will provide leadership and develop a high performing team that provides excellent customer service.
* Have knowledge of Plumbing, Heating and Renewable technologies, coming from a similar sales background.
* Be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Take responsibility for maximising branch sales, whilst working to challenging targets.
* Be determined to succeed with a positive "can-do" customer focussed attitude.
* Be a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail.
Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for:
* Management of the branch's day to day operations.
* Ensuring that the branches Policy and Procedures are adhered to.
* Growing sales and increasing our customer base on a month-to-month basis.
* Informing new and existing customers of the company's promotions, and company news.
* Motivating the team to achieve branch targets.
* Working closely with Sales and Senior Management teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals and company needs.
* Produce accurate sales and inventory reports and monitor same on an ongoing basis.
* Ensuring that the branch runs smoothly whilst maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
