Description
* Provide a first class customer experience, ensuring all enquiries are owned through to completion.
* Identify and assess customers needs to ensure enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner to achieve satisfaction.
* Resolve customer enquiries and complaints while providing excellent level of personable service.
* Ensure customer's orders and enquiries are processed efficiently and correctly.
* Supporting customers and company by pricing and raising quotations as well as organising and communicating delivery times and vehicle requirements.
* Recording customer quality complaints and investigating credit claims, ensuring they are processed within agreed time scales.
* Provide customers with information on products and service levels.
* Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquires or issues.
* Produce and maintaining corrective actions data to support best practice and business improvement.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
* Proven experience within manufacturing or a strong knowledge.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
* An organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
* A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
