Join our team as an Online Assistant and be a vital part of delivering excellent service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Picking and selecting the best quality products for online orders, providing suitable substitutions when items are out of stock.
2. Using digital tools to plan routes around the store, managing your shopping list, and timing your tasks efficiently.
3. Handling customer queries, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for home deliveries.
4. Supporting customers proactively and answering their questions with enthusiasm.
5. Building product knowledge to make helpful recommendations and enhance the shopping experience.
6. Working flexibly across different store areas as needed.
