We are looking for talented and motivated Line Chefs to join our kitchen team at our busy Dragonfly Hotel in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk .
You will be tasked with cooking food to an outstanding level to provide to all of our customers and we are looking for experience in either a hotel or preferably a pub/ brasserie environment.
We are looking for our Line Chefs to have:
Fantastic flair with food- cooking to recipes and specs
The ability to work well under pressure
The ability to deliver high standards consistently- including compliance and cleaning
Outstanding attention to detail
Time efficient- delivering great food to the table in a timely manner
The Line Chef role requires:
Preparing and cooking items on the menu
Organising and labelling the kitchen and it's storage
Great team work
Managing and ordering in stock
Keeping wastage to a minimum
As we grow the team and continue to expand, Line Chef roles may be working flexible or part time hours- all things considered. Dragonfly Hotels have a simple philosophy: economy with excellence.
