Overview
Brownhills Motorhomes are currently seeking a Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful company. We are the UK's largest Motorhome dealer and one stop destination for all Motorhome requirements. We sell new and used motorhomes, parts and accessories, undertake motorhome services/repairs and have an onsite bistro and leisure facilities. We employ around 200 staff at our 13 acre site.
Responsibilities
* Answer telephones and ensure calls are put through to the correct department/personnel in a polite and efficient manner.
* Report any problems with the automated system as soon as they arise.
* Follow up on any calls not returned to customers.
* Meet and greet customers on arrival, ensuring they sign in and out for Health and Safety purposes.
* Keep the lounge area for customers clean and tidy.
* Outward bound postal duties – ensure items are ready for collection at 4:30pm daily.
* Issue card keys to customers for the customer lounge.
* Issue card keys and ensure customers wishing to use the swimming pool area are aware of the pool rules.
* Keep the tea and coffee area topped up with supplies and maintain cleanliness and tidiness.
Skills Required
* Confident with a cheerful disposition and excellent customer service skills.
* Polite with a warm, friendly and enthusiastic personality.
* Punctual and able to prioritise workload.
* Ability to follow specific instructions and be accurate when documenting and passing information.
* Flexible and IT literate.
Hours of Work
Sunday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm; Monday to Tuesday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day. On days when no other receptionists are working you may be required to cover additional hours, which will be given back in lieu.
