A day in the life of a Property Valuer with haart at Derby:
10. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders
11. A focus on generating new and repeat business
12. Gaining new instructions for properties to market
13. Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
14. Completing contracts on properties
15. Upselling additional products
16. Preparing brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions
17. Canvassing the local area
18. Door knocking and leaflet dropping
19. Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills of a Property Valuer with haart at Derby:
20. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
21. Experience as an Estate Agent who is ready to the next step in their career
22. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
23. Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
24. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
