The Job Role
* The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs
* Implementing various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance.
* The Learning and Development Manager will assess the needs of the company through collaboration and by using industry knowledge
* Creating and delivering bespoke development packages for all departments.
* Support new openings
* Recruit, train, and supervise the team
* Provide ongoing support and development to ensure high performance
The Requirements
* The ideal Learning and Development manager must have experience within Front of House training experience in Hospitality
* A proven track record of coaching
* Minimum of 2 years experience within training role
* Learning & Development manager must be able to demonstrate delivering training courses, succession planning,
* The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for people development.
