Role Overview
We are Currently recruiting for an industry experienced Operations Manager to be based in our UK office. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimising end-to-end operational processes across the UK payments business. This role ensures seamless day-to-day operations, adherence to FCA regulatory standards, effective safeguarding of customer funds, and strong operational governance.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in PSP/e-money environments, understands UK payments infrastructure, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling fintech.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
1. Oversee daily operations across payment processing, settlements, reconciliations, merchant support, and transaction monitoring workflows.
2. Ensure high levels of operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all processes.
3. Manage relationships with acquiring banks, payment partners, technology providers, and key third-party vendors.
