Duties

* Support the cooking staff during busy service periods by providing assistance as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and waste disposal.
* Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all kitchen staff.
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel kitchen is advantageous but not essential.
