Job Description
We are looking to expand our permanent Customer Service team at our Bredbury Site, where you will work on-site.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs.
* Assist customers with technical issues related to their services.
* Help customers understand their bills, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and guide them through our products.
Qualifications
* At least 6 months of continuous Customer Service experience.
* Technically savvy.
* Passion for delivering high-quality customer experience.

Requirements
* Flexible shift availability between 7:45 am - 9 pm on weekdays and 7:45 am - 8 pm on weekends.
* Team player with initiative.
* Smartphone with iOS 14+ or Android 10+.
* 100% attendance at training.
