Care Support Worker – Heacham

£14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements
31.5 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

Day in the Life
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with colleagues and the service users, participate in wellbeing events and activities, and help to promote a safe and engaging environment.
Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Rebecca Court
Rebecca Court is our residential care home in the village of Heacham in West Norfolk. The home provides short‑term and full‑time care and support.
