This is a hybrid role. The Business Development Team works from our Brighton office 4-5 days per week for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to work 3 days per week after that. Uncapped commission structure (OTE 60k-70k).


What You’ll Be Doing

This Business Development Manager opportunity offers a high degree of autonomy. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of customer accounts, taking full ownership of the entire sales cycle for an award-winning business credit card.

In this telephone-based role, you will be selling directly to the owner-directors of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Your responsibilities will span the full scope of the sales process, from self-generating leads and initial prospecting through to closing the sale and providing ongoing account management.


Responsibilities

* Self-generating leads
* Building and managing a customer pipeline
* Making 30-50 outbound cold calls per day
* Working towards and hitting targets of card spend
* Managing customer accounts and spend
* Working to high standards of FCA regulations


What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in cold calling
* Experience managing a 360 sales cycle - prospecting, outreach and account management
* A proven track record of working to KPIs and targets
* An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings

Interview Process

First stage: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner. Second stage: 60 minute in-person interview with case study with Sales Managers.
