Purpose of the Role: You will be a true Brand Ambassador who can interact easily with a broad range of customers. You will naturally promote customer service excellence, responsible for the customer’s journey and experience in-store, ensuring repeat visits. You will be hardworking, dedicated, and able to quickly identify customer needs to provide engaging styling options. Your dedication to exceeding customer expectations will support overall store KPIs and contribute positively to store performance through personal productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
You deliver an exceptional customer experience, following the Moss Essential Steps of Service, actively greeting, listening, and confidently offering bespoke advice, selling professionally and passionately.
You strive for high productivity, seizing every opportunity to maximize sales and service goals, elevating each interaction, and contributing significantly to our business KPIs.
You possess strong product knowledge across all services: Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store, and can proactively use this knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
You will be aware of external opportunities to improve store performance and provide the best customer experience, using feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops.
You will assist store management with stockroom and back-of-house housekeeping, including receiving deliveries, stock handling, and adhering to all stock and cash control procedures to minimize losses.
You will follow the appointment process using the designated platform, ensuring all customers are contacted prior to their visit and that status information is recorded accurately.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Basic Product Knowledge: understanding features, benefits, and products available in the store.
* POS Systems: familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.
