We are currently looking for Support Workers to work in Witham supporting a young lady in her own home, supporting her to develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping her plan and manage her own home, and supporting with leisure, employment, individual interests, and travel. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role. However, you will get the full support and training required to succeed. Full, part-time, or relief hours are available.
