Key duties include:
Leading and supporting office teams, ensuring smooth day to day operations
Overseeing and improving office systems and procedures
Creating new processes where needed and ensuring existing procedures are followed
Acting as the link between account managers, payroll and VAT teams and senior leadership
Managing competing priorities and changing deadlines
Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
